How Long Will It Take To Receive My Pads?
From the time we have all the information needed for the order, delivery takes 4-6 weeks.
NOTE: Regular orders placed between October and December may take longer than usual, due to the demands of the Holiday season.
Adding the Production Rush Option reduces delivery time roughly in half.
What Is Your Warranty?
We will repair or replace, at our option, any section (or sections) of your pad that failed during normal use, due to defects in materials or workmanship without any charge for 90 days.
Table Pad Protectors will assume shipping and handling charges, to us and back to you, within 30 days of pad delivery only.
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship to the lower contiguous 48 states.
A $75.00 Surcharge will apply to Alaska.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
Since each pad is custom made and has no resale value we do not exchange or give refunds. Of course, if there is shipping damage, notify us immediately so we can file a claim and re-make the damaged section(s). Factory defects etc. are covered by our warranty.
What If The Pad Doesn’t Fit When It’s Delivered?
Over the years we’ve successfully developed safeguards to make sure this is doesn’t happen, but if it does, and the mistake is ours, we will remake the pad and redeliver it at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will remake the pads at a reduced price, plus shipping.
