How do I measure for a custom table pad?

We have a few different ways you can go about this. The first and easiest method is to give us the manufacturer and look for the model number under your table (normally written in crayon). We keep thousands of these on file to ensure the table pad fits perfectly.

The second method is to contact us so that we can send you detailed instructions on how to measure for your table or create a pattern of your tabletop (patterns for tabletops are only needed if your tabletop has a unique shape or design).

What information is needed to place a table pad order?

Usually there is no need for you to do any type of measuring. Since we have over 20,000 table patterns on file all we need is for you to check the bottom of your furniture or the receipt for the manufacturer name and model number.

What is your Warranty & Return Policy?

In addition to our 90-day workmanship guarantee, not including your own negligence or an act of nature, we will repair, reupholster, or replace table pads at no charge to you.

As in any custom made product, we do not exchange or give refunds. If you have a problem with the table pad you ordered – such as manufacturing defects, damage, etc. – you must contact us within 30 days at 1-386-227-7993. We will be more than happy to assist you with your table pad concerns. How long will it take to receive my custom table pad?

As each table pad is custom made to order, it typically takes about 3 to 6 weeks for the cover to be made before it ships. You will typically receive your cover in about 4 weeks from the date of your order. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx directly to your home

 

Where do you ship your table pads to?

Our custom table pads can be shipped anywhere within the Continental US. Call us for a quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

 

How much does it cost to ship a table pad?

The cost of shipping is included in the price of the table pad to addresses within the Continental US. We will be adding shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada but there will be an additional shipping charge (however, this service is not currently offered).

 

What if my cover is damaged during shipment?

If you receive the cover and there is shipping damage, please notify us immediately. We may request that you take an image so that we can file a claim with the shipper. We will then be able to remake the affected sections or cover and have them shipped back to you. Any factory defects would be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

What is your cancellation policy?

All table pads are custom made with your specific dimensions and colors.  Therefore, this item can not be resold or re-manufactured.   Any order cancelled, after production has started, will therefore incur a 50% cancellation fee, for inventory and stock utilized.  Any order cancelled, prior to production has started, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the transaction fees incurred by the credit card company (approx. 3.5%).
